Public and Private Sector working together to turn around Failing Highschool

      "Failure is not an option."

 Principal Anthony Smith teamed up with teachers and a local phone company to improve conditions in  what  was often considered to be the worst slum school in Cincinnati, Ohio. Together they took the 12-18% graduation rate to 95% in ten years, with all graduating students going to college.
